What started out as an idea to bring American Competition BBQ to the UK, grew into a successful brand made up of a group of barbecue restaurants, packaged products, a best-selling book and the largest barbecue & music festival outside of the US.
I led the brand creative across multiple sector touch-points including marketing, restaurants, events, products and interiors. My other responsibilities also included commercials for the business & the production of 12 large scale events.
We Featured on - Sunday Brunch, The One Show & Diners, Drive-Ins & Dives
I directed & designed a best selling cookbook.
We produced 12 large scale festivals with up to 35k visitors per event.
I designed restaurant interiors, managing design, build teams and budgets.
I designed & created a range of packaging for supermarkets & our own beer
I managed and negotiated all external agencies & brand partnerships
